The purpose of this Methodology is to describe the organization and process of the admission exams for Bachelor-level studies at the Faculty of Medicine, Ovidius University.

4. Application Process

4.1. Application Submission

Online Application:

Candidates must submit their applications through the university’s official admission portal.
The application form must be completed accurately, including personal details, educational background, and program choice.

Application period: August 1 - September 10

4.3. Application Requirements

General Requirements:

Completed online application form.
Proof of secondary education (Baccalaureate or equivalent) with grades.
Proof of identity (valid ID or passport).
Recent passport-sized photograph.
Proof of payment for application fee.

Special Requirements:

For international students: Valid visa, proof of language proficiency in English or Romanian, and equivalency of foreign qualifications.

5. Student Enrollment and Final Submission

5.1. Enrollment Process

Pre-Enrollment:

Candidates who pass the admission exam will receive an acceptance letter.
Acceptance letters are sent via email and must be confirmed through the university portal.

Final Enrollment:

Complete and submit the final enrollment form online.
Pay the registration fee as specified in the acceptance letter.
Submit final documentation:
- Original high school diploma and translation (if applicable).
- Proof of identity.
- Proof of payment for registration fees.
- Health certificate (if required).
Attend the enrollment interview (if applicable).
