Program Details

The Master of Pharmacy program at the Medical University of Sofia is a comprehensive five-year program integrating foundational sciences, specialized pharmaceutical training, and real-world applications.

Years one and two focus on core scientific subjects, including organic chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, and physiology.
Year three introduces pharmaceutical disciplines, such as pharmacognosy, toxicology, and pharmaceutical technology.
Year four covers advanced courses in pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, and pharmaceutical care.
Year five includes a six-month internship and thesis research project focused on contemporary pharmaceutical challenges.
